- What did you like most?The hotel is quite new
- Was there anything you didn't like?The service is really poor for a five star hotel in Las Vegas, even when you book a panorama suite. It feels like a self service hotel. Nobody helps you with your luggage, neither when you arrive by car nor when you go up to your room. In other hotels in this price range in Las Vegas, they open the car door for you when you arrive, take your luggage, and bring it to your room. The hotel is new, but the technology in the suite doesn’t work at all. You constantly have to call the technician because certain lights can’t be turned on or off.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The location of the property, my keys would not access my door at one point, my $50 daily credit was applied initially to my final bill, and the bar staff at the Collin's was not knowledgeable about the billing process.
