Horrible experience before I even checked in

- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a reservation to stay at this hotel, but I asked booking.com to cancel my reservation before I checked in. The staff was not helpful at all, I asked if I could have 2 beds instead of 1 bed and they said I needed to contact booking.com to make any changes. My room was not ready by the 3pm check-in time, even though we arrived 2 hours early and the front desk clerk knew we were waiting. Also, just before checking in, I heard a guest reporting to the front desk clerk that a valuable personal item of theirs was stolen from their room. The front desk clerk didn’t really do anything to resolve the issue, and honestly she didn’t even seem to care. All this led me to cancel my reservation and I am so glad I did!
