When booking multiple rooms, individual names are required for each reservation. The exclusive entrance to W Las Vegas is located to the west of Mandalay Bay Resort off Las Vegas Blvd and Luxor Drive in the self-parking garage. The daily resort fee includes: - Internet Access - Local & 800 Phone Calls - Fitness Center Access - Airline boarding pass printing Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Availability of funds after check-out are managed solely by each individual financial institution.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - What did you like most?Comfortable and clean
- Was there anything you didn't like?It wasn't easy to check in, and the QR code didn't work to check out, so I had to line up, to be told we didn't need to. It was unclear what facilities we had access to, as it wasn't explained at check-in.

- Was there anything you didn't like?overcharging for all amenities- in room water, coffee- ridiculous for this level of hotel, especially given the already high room rates and resort fee (which we did not have time to use). Would have preferred different choice of pillows. Room was too warm and in the middle of the night I couldn't find the thermostat!
