Upon check-in, the guest must be present with a valid ID and provide the booking credit card. If the guest, the proof of ID, the booking credit card, or the booking credit card holder is unavailable, the guest's deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card, and another form of payment will be required. Additional guests (13 and older) are $50.00 per person, per night. For Prestige level, additional guests between the ages of 5 and 20 are $50, and guests 21 and older are $75 per person, per night. Lovely stay, would highly recommend...
- What did you like most?A lovely hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. The rooms themselves are soundproof and quite clean. The resort itself caters to everyone’s needs, with the casino smelling less of smoke than other casinos and shops and restaurants being varied. I would encourage everyone to try dining at BRERA Osteria which was a lovely restaurant. There is also a stand selling oysters you can get a pearl from and have it put into jewellery which was very unique. Overall we would definitely stay at this property again.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms we stayed in could have benefited from a deeper clean to remove some dust (not that much of an issue but would have finished the hotel experience), the hotel room telephone didn’t work, and despite contacting the hotel multiple times through the Booking.com app to request an accessible room, no one responded. Fortunately there was a room available but this was not guaranteed at time of check-in.
