Early departures after the guests have checked in will be charged for the full rate for the night of the departure as a penalty. A mandatory daily resort fee plus tax will apply. Exceptional
Beautiful building, zero service.
- What did you like most?The hotel is exceptionally stylish and well-maintained. The casino is excellent, and there is a great shopping area featuring a wide variety of well-known brands. The hotel also offers several outstanding restaurants, providing plenty of dining options. Overall, it delivers a very enjoyable and complete resort experience.
- Was there anything you didn't like?While the hotel itself is stylish and offers good facilities, the service is extremely disappointing. The staff seem completely uninterested in helping guests and show very little concern for customer satisfaction. We had an issue with our Booking.com reservation, and the response we received was essentially, “This is what we see in our system, sorry. Go talk to Booking.com.” After considerable effort, we finally managed to get our room. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, the hotel simply pushed us elsewhere. Even basic operations such as check-in and check-out are poorly managed, with guests being lined up and processed with little regard for comfort or efficiency. The valet service is equally disappointing. After handing over your car, you’re simply told where to go and get it yourself, with virtually no service provided. If you are looking only for a beautiful building, this hotel may meet your expectations. However, if you expect genuine hospitality, guest care, and professional service, you are likely to be disappointed.
